Boston Event Our Biggest Ever!!

Doug Ulman and FredThe eve of the Boston Marathon was a beautiful night with warm temperatures, good cheer and amazing support for MTH Foundation. Our group of Boston area supporters gathered at the Weston Country Club for dinner and inspirational remarks delivered by Doug Ullman, President of the Lance Armstrong Foundation. Doug’s experience guiding the Foundation as well as his personal journey as a cancer survivor made for a powerful story which inspired and awed our audience.

Our silent auction of sports memorabilia and signed items was a great success, surpassed only by the surprise phone call from Lance Armstrong offering to match our donations for the evening! The $35,000 we raised that night was our largest event yet, and we hope the first of many successful ventures to come!

Many thanks go to Abby Psyhogeos and Colleen Upham for their tireless work in organizing this great event!

Steve, a cancer survivor himself, joined Team HerlHart and completed the 100 mile bicycle ride in Austin Texas benefiting the Lance Armstrong Foundation.
